Human Resource Development Cell
It serves as a Medical Education Technology Training Unit or Qulaity Input Programm Unit for Teachers and an Orientation Training Unit for Medical, Para medical, technical, Administrative and Supportive staffs of the Institution.
The Committee shall identify the skills, techniques or knowldge that are to be trained or oriented as per the guidelines issued by the NCISM for each category of employees, prepare the schedule and announce and implement it accordingly.
